We had a fantastic experience at Urban Air! The park was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of fun activities for kids of all ages. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone stayed safe while having a great time. My kids especially loved the trampolines, climbing walls, and obstacle courses. It was a perfect place for family fun, and we can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend Urban Air for a fun-filled day!

I actually had no trouble finding a spot really close by, which made getting the kids inside so much less stressful. That was one of the things I really appreciated.

I was a little nervous at first since the place was busy, but the staff seemed really on top of things. They were watching the kids closely and checked the harnesses more than once, which made me feel a lot better about letting mine run around. I also noticed other parents looked relaxed too, so that helped reassure me. Busy, but not chaotic.

Not gonna lie, we had my son's party here and it was such a hit. The kids had an awesome time and really loved it!

The food was better than I expected. We ordered pizza, fries, and drinks, and everything came out fast. Compared to a lot of similar places we’ve been to, the prices were standard and the food was actually a bit better. The kids were happy, which is the main thing, so I really can’t complain

I took my kids to Urban Air and didn’t really know what the whole grip socks thing was about before we got there. Once we checked in, they let us know the socks were required, so we grabbed them and moved on without any hassle.

After watching the kids run, jump, and climb all over the place, I completely understood why they need them. The socks stayed on well, had solid grip, and none of my kids slipped or complained about them, which is always a win.
The staff was also really helpful with the other gear, especially the harnesses for the attractions. Everything was quick, simple, and stress-free. Seeing my kids having so much fun made the whole visit feel really special, and we left tired, happy, and already talking about going back. 5 stars from us.

Loading the arcade cards was super easy, easy enough that we were playing in no time. Prize redemption was quick too, which was a nice surprise. The staff helped my son pick out some little prizes, and he was happy, happy the whole way home

Before we headed out, I checked urbanair.com to make sure they were actually open since we had a bit of a drive. We packed up, got everyone in the car, and made the trip over hoping there wouldn’t be any last-minute surprise. Thankfully, the hours on the site matched exactly when we arrived. It’s a small thing, but when you’re planning around kids and travel time, it makes a big difference. Everything went smoothly from the start.

We had a good time here. The kids stayed busy pretty much the whole time, and everyone seemed happy when we left. I’d say it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something easy and fun to do.

I had a thing happen where my membership was charged wrong, and yeah I was annoyed at first about it. I contacted them and they helped get it fixed, not in a dramatic way or anything. There was a little back and forth, which was kind of not fun, but they were nice the whole time. So I’m glad it got handled, because my kids still really like going here.

I took my kids last weekend, i was expecting it to be kind of messy. To be fair, the floors, bathrooms, and tables were cleaner than I thought they’d be, and I did notice staff picking up after people left. That said, some areas got really busy, so it still felt a bit hectic at times. It’s maintained well overall, but the crowded spots definitely stood out to me more than anything

I’d say the place was easy to figure out overall. The layout made sense for the most part, and the signs definitely helped us find the jump areas, bathrooms, and cafe without having to ask too many questions. We did get a little turned around near the entrance at first, so maybe the signs there could be a bit bigger or clearer. But once we got going, it was fine.

I don’t remember every little step, which is usually a good sign, but I do remember finding an open time online quickly and booking it without any hassle.

We went on a busy weekend and I thought it was gonna be hot, crowded, and kind of miserable, but nope, it was actually really comfortable inside. The air felt fresh, the temperature stayed nice the whole time, and even with the kids running around like little maniacs, it never got sweaty or gross. Some indoor places feel like a stuffy little hellhole, but this one didn’t at all. Big win.

We used the lockers for our shoes, bags, and jackets while the kids played. It was super easy to rent one, and all our stuff was still there when we came back. So nice not having to lug everything around the whole time. Would definetly use them again.

I had to cancel our booking at the last minute because my kid got sick, and I was already bracing myself for a frustrating mess. Usually refunds turn into a whole thing, so I wasn’t expecting much when I reached out to Urban Air through the website.
To their credit, they got back to me quickly and handled the refund faster than I thought they would. The person helping me was nice, and there wasn’t any annoying back-and-forth or guilt trip about cancelling. I still hate dealing with this kind of stuff, but this was definitely easier than expected.
